Bill Mudron, illustrator of EGM’s totally kick-ass “Seek and Enjoy” series (and one of the biggest/scariest EGM fans that I know), draws up this final tribute to the guys and girls of EGM, Computer Gaming World/Games For Windows Magazine, 1UP.com, 1UP Show, 1UP Yours, Retronauts, 1UP FM, etc. etc. etc. He spent billions of brain cells and many, many hours on this thing:
“Can you tell that I’m bummed about the passing of EGM?” he asks. “I didn’t understand it myself until I finished this thing about a half hour ago, sat back and realized that I’d spent a whole week working out my geek-grief with this damned thing. AND NOW I SLEEP FOR 3 DAYS STRAIGHT.”
What a great tribute from a great guy.
